What is açaí sorbet?
Açaí sorbet is a prepared frozen product with açaí in its recipe. Austropical Original Sensation, Banana Sunrise, Strawberry Crush and Zero Sugar are sorbets. They are ready to scoop into a bowl, with no blender required. Read each product page for its own ingredients and nutrition. Smoothie cubes are frozen portions for the blender. Austropical cubes are portioned at 10 g, so you can measure a quantity before blending. Add your preferred liquid and fruit, then adjust the liquid gradually: more for a drink, less for a thick bowl. Use equipment suitable for frozen ingredients. Dragon Fruit & Pineapple sorbet can be scooped straight into a pink bowl. Dragon Fruit smoothie cubes need a blending step. The Mango products also come as sorbet and smoothie cubes. Açaí Guaraná cubes contain guaraná and carry a caffeine warning, so check the product warning before choosing them. The sorbet range lists 250 mL cups, 500 mL tubs and 1 L tubs. Açaí Grab’n Go combines three 250 mL açaí tubs. Ice pops are ready to eat frozen. These formats describe how you serve the product, not a promise of local stock or a fixed number of bowls per pack. Edited by Austropical website editorial. Reviewed 3 October 2026.
